Rockford City Market Celebrates Fall - Market Vendors Offer Fall-Themed Items and Food

September 11, 2018

ROCKFORD, IL – With the first official day of fall quickly approaching, vendors at Rockford City Market are selling unique items, fresh produce, and prepared food to celebrate the upcoming fall season. Market guests will be able to purchase fresh pumpkins for cooking or decorating at Eight Acre Farm or fall squash at Trogg’s Hollow. Shoppers can also enjoy fall snacks and beverages right at the market including fall flavored cupcakes from The Sweetery, carrot cake from Allyn’s Going Bananas, pumpkin spice coffee at JavaMania, and pumpkin beer at the various beer tents.

Market vendors also offer a variety of fall-scented products to help relax at home. Candle Crest has fall candles back at the market, and The Candle Kiln also has fall scented wax melts and bath bombs. Pewter Dragonfly also has Mom’s Applie Pie Soap as well as Peppermint Shower Steamers which are great for those who have fall allergies this time of year.

For those looking to spruce up their homes with fall décor, Just Craftin’ Around by Jen has fall décor signs for sale for market guests, or Evelyn’s Acre who has beautiful fall bouquets to choose from. Why Envy Boutique also has several options of fall-themed kids’ clothing and accessories. Now that football season has officially started, shoppers can also pick up football team onesies from Tiny Bird Boutique for little ones. Shoppers can also get ready for the cooler weather by purchasing a Rockford City Market hoodie from the RCM Information Booth. The design on the hoodie was designed by a market patron in a shirt design contest earlier in the season.

Those looking to host fall parties or gathering to watch football games this season, Rockford City Market offers several options of goodies to buy and serve at any gathering. Larson Family Farm has seasonal pies available to serve as a dessert, and shoppers can also pick up a variety of dip mixes from Emmy & J Gourmet Dip Mixes which are perfect for any family or friend gathering.
