ROCKFORD, IL – Market shoppers can easily find something to satisfy a sweet tooth craving at Rockford City Market. Vendors at the market this year offer a wide variety of baked goods, desserts and ice cream. Guests can enjoy a refreshing Granita at Zammuto’s or a classic ice cream cone from Hey Brothers Ice Cream & Waffle Cones on hotter days this season.

Vendors also offer several options of cupcakes, cakes, cookies and other treats. The Sweetery sells different unique cupcake flavors each week, and Sweet Dreams offers little cakes in a mason jar, convenient for eating on the go. Quixotic Bakery also offers a variety of cookies and bars shoppers can enjoy. While at the market, guests can enjoy even more sweet treats thanks to some new vendors at the market. Bar None, Allyn’s Going Bananas Bakery, and 808 Cheesecake all are quickly becoming market favorites with their options of dessert bars, cakes and cheesecakes.
