Rockford Park District’s Mercyhealth Sportscore One nvites adults and kids for one-day-only softball and kickball tournaments. Gather the family and/or a group to enjoy some friendly competition outdoors while gaining the benefits of physical activity for the following tournaments, which will all run from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m.

Mini-Tournaments for Kids 7-14 Plus Parents (8-10 players, 8-team limit, $45 per team)
- Special Incredi-ball” slo-pitch softball (kids ages 10-14); low-tech bats, three games, five innings or 45 minutes; athletic shoes required
- Kickball (kids ages 7-11); three games, 45 minutes or five innings; athletic shoes required

Adult Mini-Tournaments (8-team limit, $45 per team)
Age 18+ Slo-Pitch, Co-Rec and Men - Single wall bat tournament; 8-12 players, 3 games, five innings or 45 minutesa
- Age 50+ Slo-Pitch - Single wall bat tournament, 10-12 players, 3 games, five innings or 45 minutes

All entry fees are due at registration, which will
close May 25, 2017 if capacity has not been reached sooner. Register online at www.rockfordparkdistrict.org (click My RPD) or in person at Park District Customer Service locations: UW Health Sports Factory in downtown Rockford, 305 S. Madison St., Carlson Ice Arena in Loves Park, as well as the MercyRockford Indoor Sports Center in Loves Park and the MercyRockford Sportscore One office in Rockford.

Mercyhealth Sportscore One - 1288 Elmwood Road, Rockford, IL 61101 - Located on the west bank of the Rock River at Elmwood Rd. From I-90: Exit at Riverside Blvd. and go west across the river to N. Main St. (IL 2). Turn right on N. Main to Elmwood Rd. and turn right back toward the river. From the south: Exit U.S. Bypass 20 on IL 2 and go north through Rockford to Elmwood Rd. and turn right. From the west. Take U.S. Business 20 to Springfield Ave. Turn left on Springfield, which will become Riverside Blvd. From Riverside Blvd., turn left on IL 2 to Elmwood Rd. and then turn right.
