Rockford Park District’s Seth B. Atwood Park invites the community to walk the trails down memory lane as the park celebrates providing 60 years of outdoor education and recreation in Rockford with a unique special event - Ales & Trails.
Re-live your Atwood memories at this casual, upscale indoor/outdoor camp-themed event, which includes a pig roast buffet dinner, beer tasting from Prairie St. Brewing Co., and many other activities. (Must be age 21 or older to be served alcohol.) Attire for the celebration is casual; jeans are welcome, and comfortable footwear is recommended.
The admission fee is $60 per person (all ages), and advance reservations are required by September 29, 2017; RSVP online at www.rockfordparkdistrict.org. Parking will be available at Atwood Park’s north entrance, 2599 New Milford School Rd., Rockford. Proceeds from the event benefit Atwood’s 60th Anniversary Pavilion Project.
