The BRMH will be an event like no other! The vibe will be Akira Kurosawa meets Eyes Wide Shut meets Apocalyptic Bluegrass. The public, as well as the artists, will be encouraged to arrive in masks and/or costumes.
In the upstairs Gallery, a group show with the subject of Masks.
In our main studio, there will be participatory Mask/Death Rattle Shaker making tables, led by Mark Smeltzer of Freight Train Rabbit Killer, where attendees can make their own pieces that they will take home with them. There will be an acoustic live set from Freight Train Rabbit Killer, also in the main studio.
There will also be a Black Rabbit Fashion Show procession throughout the gallery. Cash bar by Prairie St. Brewhouse.
This event directly coincides with the full blown live concert at Mary’s Place the following night, September 7th. Please bring your rattles and masks and be part of the show!
