Charlotte's Web - Northern Wind Trio

Overview
Additional Information

The Northern Wind Trio describe their style as a contemporary world music fusion where Mongolian throat singing is accompanied by guitar, assorted percussion instruments, hand pan and traditional Mongolian instruments. Through their amalgamation of musical ideas, Zac Economou, Tamir Hargana, and Aaron Marsala foster a unique and exhilarating intercultural dialogue and exchange.

Charlotte’s Web began in 1972 as a concert series featuring a wide variety of folk and world music styles. In 2012, Charlotte’s Web became a division of Mendelssohn Performing Arts Center. MPAC is proud to honor the legacy of the original Charlotte’s Web with this season’s world music series.
