Overview
Additional Information

Join us for an educational program during peak migration of Northern Saw-Whet Owls. Catching them is never guaranteed, but these programs offer a rare opportunity to learn about the research Sand Bluff and other scientists are pursing regarding  owl ecology and behavior. Experience a magical nighttime hike to listen for calling owls and other nocturnal creatures.

Friday, October 20, 7-11 pm-hosted by Lee Johnson & others
Saturday, October 21, 7-11 pm-hosted by Steve Reischel & Ivy Otto
Friday, October 27, 7-11 pm-hosted by Lee Johnson, & others

A per person donation (all ages) of $25 is requested. Due to late hours, it is recommended children be at least 10 years old. A minimum of 10 persons must be registered for each event to be held with a maximum of 25 participants. Contact Mary Ann Pettenger at 815-494-7865 for details and reservations.
