Additional Information

“Heritage Whiskey Wednesday” a fun event featuring dinner by Texas Roadhouse, a tour & tasting with Barnstormer Distillery, live music from Trinadora, and auction items. We will highlight the historic Graham-Ginestra House and the Graham Bros. Distillery, Illinois’ first sour-mash distillery (1873-1919). Each attendee will receive a commemorative Graham Bros. Distillery whiskey glass.

Barnstormer Distillery (formerly Grant View Distillery) is Rockford's first and only legal distillery since prohibition. It is the only facility that distills, produces, and bottles Spirits in the beautiful and historic city.

The Heritage Museum Park is a historical campus containing the Ethnic Heritage Museum and Graham-Ginestra House. The Ethnic Heritage Museum is a cultural center and museum, featuring six ethnic galleries; African American, Hispanic, Irish, Italian, Lithuanian and Polish.

The Graham-Ginestra House, built in 1857, was Rockford’s first commissioned historic landmark and is on the National Register of Historic Places. This beautiful home features Italianate and Greek Revival Architecture and provides unique insight into the lives of some of Early Rockford’s most prominent.
