The Laurent House will open for the season on Saturday, April 10. Reservations are required and can be made using the tour tab above. At this time, masks and social distancing will be required and group size for public tours will be limited to 4 to 6 people.

Parking: Please park at our new visitor center, located directly across the street from the Laurent House, 4627 Spring Brook Road, Rockford. One of our docents will be onsite to greet you. If you need special assistance that requires you to be dropped off directly at the Laurent House, please call our office at 815.877.2952.
Tours run approximately 1 hour, with time given at the end of the tour to explore the house and grounds and take photos.
Smoking and vaping is prohibited anywhere on the Laurent House grounds. Food and beverages are not permitted inside the house. Please remember the Laurent House is a museum and refrain from touching any of the Laurents' personal books or collections.
A 27” wide wheelchair, walker, or other mobility equipment is permissible inside the house, however, we do not allow motorized chairs or scooters. We are happy to accommodate our guests with mobility issues. We have a standard 24” wheelchair available for public use at the house.
Private tours are made by calling our office at 815.877.2952. To allow us to properly plan for your visit, we prefer a 2-week advanced notice.
