Self-taught, local Rockford photographer Kelly Griffin gets her inspiration from the beauty and wonder of nature.

From the garden in her backyard to hiking mountains around the globe, her aim is to capture tranquil moments in time and transport you there—stirring your emotions and awakening your senses.

Her work been described as having a calm, zen-like quality—dreamy, peaceful and moody. She minimally edits her images to best represent the scenes as she experienced them, and offers her images on a variety of materials from high quality photo paper to wood and metal.

Turn right on IL 251 and follow it north to the entrance to the Conservatory on the west side of the street. --- From the south: Exit I-39 west on U.S. 20 Bypass to IL 251 (11th St.) Follow IL 251 through town to the entrance to the Conservatory on the west side of the street.
