Why do some of us seem to ignore the warning signs while others are driven to action? How can we use psychology to help us tackle the issue of global warming? Join us as we welcome Todd Fink to help us understand these concepts. An expert in addictions counseling and mindfulness meditation, Todd demonstrates how mindfulness techniques and embracing nature and community can help us navigate the social landscape of the climate crisis and alleviate the grief and anxiety associated with it.
