NICNE and Rockford Exchange on Volunteerism participants, with support from Serve, IL and Imperial Punch of Rockford, will host a full-day conference at Northern Illinois University – Rockford campus. Schedule and details are listed below.

The Rethinking Volunteerism: Northwest Illinois Volunteerism Conference will feature keynote speaker Steve Thomas and a variety of topical breakout sessions that will help you, your organization, and your volunteers Rethink Volunteerism!

9:00 a.m. – 9:55 a.m.: Opening Session—Keynote Speaker Steve Thomas invests his life in helping a variety of organizations build leadership, develop people, create team and improve the workplace culture. To put it simply, he helps people navigate through the complexities of human weirdness.
