Stories from Always Remember - WW II Through Veterans' Eyes

Overview
Additional Information

Stories from Always Remember - WW II Through Veterans' Eyes - Dr. John David Ulferts will share original stories and pictures from some of the 140 WW II veterans who he corresponded with during the l990s. Together their stories provide a first person narrative of WW II when the future not only of the US, but of democracy itself, was at stake. The voices of WW II veterans are largely silent now, but as long as their stories are told they live on.

The Command Post Restaurant and Camp Grant Museum is one of the last original buildings from Camp Grant and houses the world's only museum dedicated to this important training facility in WW I and II.
