Host Michael Palmenderi is a native of Rockford and currently resides in Chicago. You can see Michael performing all over the city doing stand up, improv, sketch comedy, children's theater, plays, musicals, and singing on trains. He's been doing stand up since 2012 and has performed his act across the Midwest.
Guest Feature Natalie Helton is a homegrown comedian, born and raised in Rockford. She has performed at various wineries in Sonoma County and the Punch Line in San Francisco and is grateful to have been given the opportunity to open for Larry Bubbles Brown and the legendary Mort Sahl.
Main Feature Michael Meyers began doing stand-up comedy in Columbus, Ohio in 2010 and is currently based out of Chicago. He has taken his dry, deliberate sense of humor throughout the country to varying degrees of success. In 2015, Meyers released his first album entitled “No Don Draper” to varying degrees of acclaim. He was a feature performer at the 2018 Limestone Comedy Festival and currently runs a weekly stand up showcase in Chicago called High Dive. During a show in 2011, an audience member threw a lemon at him while he was on stage. His ongoing comedy goal is to never have another lemon thrown at him. His sets have been lemon-free since.
Headliner Blake Burkhart is a regular at all Chicago Comedy Clubs and venues. He also co-runs Chicago’s premier Stand-Up Comedy showcase: Comedians You Should Know. He is known in Chicago for his unique style of standup which is an entertaining mixture of subtle and absurd. Blake can be heard on the hit podcast “Blake and Bobby go to the movies” a movie review podcast run by Chicago comedians. His debut album “Blakey Boy” is available for pre-order on iTunes May 4th 2019.
