When it comes to chocolate, what’s not to love? Chocolate has been a vital part of our history for as far back as people can remember. Have you ever wondered where it comes from, how it is made, or why there are so many varieties of chocolate to choose from? Perhaps you are simply curious as to why it seemingly makes you feel good. Join University of Illinois Extension Educator, Diane Reinhold, as we explore the science of chocolate and answer these questions and more.

Seating is limited and pre-registration is required by Monday, October 1, 2018. The cost for this program is $10, to cover educational supplies.
