We are delighted to bring back the Pops Series, and this first performance will be a tribute to famed conductor Arthur Fiedler and his association with the Boston Pops Orchestra. The concert will feature light classics of Strauss and Dvořák, along with some of the most cherished melodies from John Williams movie music, Leonard Bernstein’s West Side Story, and classics of Leroy Anderson. The anchor of the program will be the famous Rhapsody in Blue, which this season is celebrating the milestone of 100 years since its premier. We are thrilled to collaborate with virtuoso pianist Christopher Guzman for the centennial of this jewel!
