We carry only Choice USDA Black Angus Beef or higher. All-American Wagyu beef available for pre-order. All brats and sausages are made in-house. Our most popular include our Pizza Brat, Rueben Brat and Jalapeño Cheddar Brats. We also offer bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers, crab stuffed mushrooms, homemade meatloaf and stuffed peppers. Our Ice Cream is premium hand-dipped, small batch Ice Cream made in Cedarburg, WI (Cedar Crest). We make fresh waffle cones everyday (sometimes all day). Our portions are generous to say the least! We also have a growing selection of wine, ciders and craft beers.
