Rockford's women's baseball team was formed in 2012 nd calls the newly renovated Beyer Stadium their home. Beyer was once home to the Rockford Peaches between 1943 and 1954.
Women's hardball is the same game played by the Rockford Peaches in the 1940s, with a 9" baseball, 90' bases and overhand pitching.
Starfires' home games are a fun event for the whole family. There is no cost to attend - just donate a non-perishable food item for admission. Concessions and souvenirs are available.
