The Calm Company Wellness and Yoga

The Calm Company offers a variety of yoga (asana) classes: flow,atha, prenatal, postnatal, yin, restorative, family, and kids yoga - both at the center and in the community. Meditation and mindfulness practice are an integral part of our work. We also offer workshops focused on nurturing self-care and community well-being.
