Stroll on State Performances
Experience the Magic: Live Performances at Stroll on State!
Stroll on State features the tremendous talent of our local artists and a few others playing their favorite holiday music! . With two stages to choose from, you’ll have several opportunities to catch a band or two while taking in the sights and celebrating the season. Santa will be making a special appearance at each stage, along with special guests and live musical performances. Live music will begin at 3 pm and conclude at 9 pm. Full music schedule will be posted prior to the event.
Merry & Bright Main Stage (BMO Center - West)

Artists Bios
Dueling Pianos W/ Anthony Jay Sanders
Anthony Sanders is a piano entertainer from Chicago who specializes in wild, energetic, and interactive performances. His shows are where he feels at home, often altering setlists on the fly based on what resonates with the audience. He’s thrilled to bring his music, as well as some universal favorites, to Stroll on State this holiday season.
Eli Parker- ( Acoustic/ Singer-Songwriter)
Eli Parker is an upcoming solo acoustic musician from Rockford, IL who takes inspiration from John Mayer, The Strokes, Pearl Jam, The Lumineers, and many other musicians. He started writing songs during his senior year of high school and loves sharing his emotional experiences and ideas with people.

The Lone Canary is a long-standing musical alliance between Fox and Camacho, dating back to their high school years. Their collective journey resonates musically, delivering an authentic sound that is equal parts haunting and captivating.

Rockford’s premier country cover band brings their Rami award winning sound to Stroll on State for a second year in a row!
Nielsen Chorale Ancora Ensemble
Ancora” is a select 12-member vocal ensemble drawn from the Nielsen Chorale that performs an eclectic mix of classical, folk and world music, pop, and vocal jazz. Founded in 2019, the Nielsen Chorale is committed to excellence in the choral art with membership drawn from Rockford, Illinois and surrounding communities. The resident chorus of the Rockford Symphony Orchestra, its repertoire centers on masterworks for chorus and orchestra as well as other distinctly creative collaborations with area soloists and instrumentalists. Don’t miss Ancora’s “Stroll on State” appearance featuring a festive mix of holiday classics!

City First Worship is the worship collective from City First Church in Rockford, Illinois. Made up of a diverse team of worship leaders and musicians, the group blends a wide range of styles and influences to create music that’s both fresh and deeply rooted in faith.
