The RACVB Board of Directors meets eight times per year, at 7:30 a.m. on the fourth Wednesday of the month at RACVB's offices, 102 N. Main St. (at the corner of N. Main St. and W. State St.) Rockford, Illinois, 61101 unless otherwise stated. The board meets in January, March, April, June, July, September, October and December. The RACVB Foundation board meetings are held immediately following the RACVB meeting (approximately 8:45 a.m.) in January, April, July and October.
At times, meeting dates might change due to scheduling conflicts.
