The GoRockford Board of Directors meets eight times per year, at 7:30 a.m. on the fourth Wednesday of the month at GoRockford's offices, 102 N. Main St. (at the corner of N. Main St. and W. State St.) Rockford, Illinois, 61101 unless otherwise stated. The board meets in January, March, April, June, July, September, October and December. The GoRockford Foundation board meetings are held immediately following the GoRockford meeting (approximately 8:45 a.m.) in January, April, July and October.
At times, meeting dates might change due to scheduling conflicts.
