Rockford, IL – The Rockford Area Convention & Visitors Bureau is pleased to bring back the much-anticipated Rockford Region Restaurant Week for a fourth year from Thursday, January 25 to Sunday, February 4, 2024. This year, the culinary celebration will extend over two weekends to help support and bolster sales at more than 50 local businesses. A full list of participating businesses is at GoRockford.com.

What to Expect:
During Rockford Region Restaurant Week, restaurants, bars and bakeries will offer unique specials, deals, packages and experiences. Offerings include special prix-fixe menus, craft cocktails, creative carry-out and delivery deals, exclusive menu items, limited-time promotions and more. Nearly 40 locations are returning establishments and there are 15+ restaurants participating for the first time. Restaurant Week is the perfect opportunity for visitors and residents to visit their favorite place and to experience something new.

“Rockford is a city with great diversity in all forms including our amazing foodie scene. Restaurant Week celebrates the ingenuity of our chefs and the hardworking culinary teams who delivery excellent service and amazing experiences every day,” said John Groh, RACVB president/CEO. “This year, Rockford’s Restaurant Week includes more diverse cuisine than ever with many cultures represented including Filipino, Korean, Soul Food, Indonesian, Peruvian, Mexican, Irish, Scandinavian, Italian, Japanese and American.”

Promoted annually during the colder winter months, Restaurant Week offers consumers multiple options to enjoy a new culinary experience and in turn give restaurants a sales boost during a slower season when dining out often drops off.

“Our team at Mexico Clasico is very excited to be a part of Rockford Region Restaurant Week this year. This collaborative culinary experience allows our business to get creative and showcase the unique dishes and overall dining experience we provide. We are working hard to offer a new prix-fixe multiple course meal option and are ready to roll up our sleeves to ensure this is a memorable experience for all,” said Gabriella Gutierrez, Mexico Clasico partner.
