Ask the hostess or server for your check in code and use your mobile device to check in. Every check in will earn you points that can be redeemed for prizes. 1. How will I check in at locations to redeem points?
Each business has a dedicated check-in code. To check-in find the location on the Pizza Hop page. Ask the hostess or server on duty to get the unique four-digit check in code. You will then use your Pizza Hop to input the code into for said business to check-in and collect points. .
2. How many points will I earn per check in?
Visitors will earn 100 points by entering the unique PIN provided by participating restaurants.
3. Does my location have to be turned on to utilize the Pizza Hop pass?
Yes, while in the app your location must be turned on to verify that you are at the correct location to redeem your points.
4. How do I use a coupon?
Some businesses on Pizza Hop may have a coupon available during select days and times. To redeem a coupon, select the coupon under the check in. Use the plus sign on the next screen to redeem a coupon and confirm your redemption with the button below. Coupons can only be used once per user.
5. How do I redeem prizes?
Go to the rewards tab and select Rockford Pizza Hop in the dropdown (dropdown is available if you have the Rockford Public Art Trail). Your point balance is on the right side of the screen. Select the Claim Now button if you would like to redeem a prize. You may save points for a higher prize if you wish. Prize pick up location is 102 N. Main Street Rockford, IL 61101, open Monday through Friday 8:30-5 p.m.
6. Can I collect points for ordering delivery from participating restaurants?
No, to collect points for checking in you must be at the physical location and enter the unique pin code of each participating restaurant to receive your points.
