What: GoRockford will host a press conference to announce the expansion of CRE8IV: transformational art Sculpture Program, supported by arts grant funding from the City of Rockford. The announcement will spotlight 18 new sculptures being installed throughout the city and will coincide with the unveiling of the Rockford Letters in their new home on the west bank of the Rock River.

Why: The CRE8IV Sculpture Program continues to transform Rockford neighborhoods with beautiful public art. New locations include West State Street, Harrison Avenue, Broadway & 7th, North End, Perryville Road, and South Main. The unveiling of the Rockford Letters at their new home behind the library will serve as the centerpiece of this announcement.
