Rockford’s Newest Summer Tradition
Feel the energy of summer at RockYard Music Fest, a brand new two day celebration taking over Davis Park on August 14 and 15. Set along the Rock River in the heart of downtown, this free festival brings Rockford together through live music, local art, food, drinks, games, and unforgettable experiences for all ages.
As part of the Rockford America 250 celebration, RockYard will transform the riverfront into a vibrant destination filled with hometown pride, creativity, and nonstop entertainment. Enjoy live performances throughout the weekend, a Saturday morning pancake breakfast, interactive art experiences, family activities, local vendors, and high energy entertainment from day to night. Friday evening will conclude with a fireworks display over the river, while Saturday night will close with a spectacular drone show lighting up the downtown skyline.
