What:     The Rockford Area Convention & Visitors Bureau (RACVB) is thrilled to announce CRE8IV will return in 2024 and include a new 3-day festival. CRE8IV launched in 2019 with a celebration of mural painting, sculptures, performances and more. To date, 44 CRE8IV murals have been created throughout the Rockford Region.

RACVB seeks dynamic and engaging performances that will inspire and delight festival attendees. Performances may include, but are not limited to:



Fire Dancing

Flame Throwing


Floral Art

Hair Braiding

Balloon Art

Living Statues

Hula Hooping

Stilt Walking



Circus Arts

Cooking Demonstrations

Bubble Art

In addition to unique performers, the RACVB invites vendors to participate in the festival, including food trucks, food & beverage tents, and retail artisans.

When:  The three-day festival will be held Friday, May 31 – Sunday, June 2, 2024
