Breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and the Restaurant Week options are mouthwatering, so you won’t want to skip it. We are excited to have Mary’s MarketJohnny Pamcakes, & The Norwegian participating this year. 27 Aluna is bringing a unique menu and options for breakfast or brunch to the mix. Check out their deals and specials and start the day off right.

Explore

After you have fueled up, it’s time to have some fun! Head downtown to spend some time at one of the family-friendly museums. The Discovery Center is full of fun and interactive exhibits that lead to hours of entertainment. Additionally, The Rockford Art Museum is right next door and is another top attraction in the area. For more educational fun, head down the street to Burpee Museum and visit Jane, the world's most complete and best-preserved juvenile T. rex.

Lunch

If you’re in Downtown Rockford, you’re not far from Rockford Restaurant Week Participants. Disco Chicken, Tortilla Express, & Crust and Crumbles are all conveniently located near some of Rockford’s best attractions. Also offering tasty deals perfect for lunch are Sassy Mac Boys, Cheezy’s Grilled Cheeses, Wired Cafe and Hearth Rock Café. With all of the possibilities, you can’t go wrong!

There’s so much more to see and do in the Rockford region! For an action filled afternoon, make your way to Snow Park at Alpine Hills. Guests can participate in several different winter sports including snow tubing. For more fresh air, go for a hike at Rock Cut State Park. Explore miles of trails through the beautiful wintery wonderland. You can also visit Nicholas Conservatory and Gardens for a tropical escape that will leave you speechless.

Dinner

We know you’re still hungry. It’s a good thing that there are plenty of dinner options that the whole family will love. Pizza is the perfect family meal. Some of the restaurants offering deals include Sam’s Ristorante, Lino’s, Salamone’s (North & Cherry Valley), & Woodfire Brick Oven Pizza.

If you’re in the mood for something else, check out Baker Street Burgers for a great deal and delicious dishes. Prairie Street Brewing Co. is also a fun choice for families. Yes, you deserve the sweet treat. Complete the full Restaurant Week experience by enjoying cookies, cupcakes, ice cream, pastries, and so much more! Halo Bakeshop is an adorable shop that serves delectable treats. If you’re an ice cream lover, make sure to check out Dairyhaus’ Restaurant Week deals. Their ice cream is homemade and exceptionally tasty.
