Namaste Studios is a Yoga Studio in the River District of Rockford, Illinois. Offering Yoga, Qigong, Acupressure, Reflexology, Sound Immersion, and Meditation, we are open every day of the week except Wednesdays. Friday evenings Heated Vinyasa Yoga. Sunday afternoons Meditation and Sound Immersion. Monday and Thursday Qigong. With six healing options, you can see what feels right for you.
