Where to Swim

Get your training laps in at a local YMCA. Day passes are available for $20 per individual or $40 per family. If you're a current YMCA member, you may have free access through the nationwide reciprocal membership program—check with your home location before visiting.

Please note that swimming in the Rock River is not permitted for training. The river is not open to unsupervised recreational or competitive swimming and will only be accessible for athletes during the official swim portion of the race.
