Clean Hands, Open Doors
Here in the Rockford region, we’re all in this together. Working for the common good, we can keep our residents and visitors healthy by following the Clean Hands, Open Doors Pledge.
A Note from RACVB
RACVB Partners and Friends,
At least for a while, the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) will continue to disrupt our work, leisure activities and local businesses that we value and love. But, resolute in the face of our current crisis, Rockfordians are famously welcoming, hospitable and resilient. Please be vigilant about doing what you can to help your neighbors, family and friends while living a healthy lifestyle—washing your hands and sanitizing surfaces along the way. If you go outdoors for a neighborhood walk, a run, a hike, or a bike ride—please do so with social distancing at top of mind.
In the midst of today’s unprecedented challenges, our community’s top priority remains the safety, health and well-being of our residents and visitors. By leveraging its many communications platforms, the Rockford Area Convention & Visitors Bureau (RACVB) is here to help keep all of our local partners and residents informed amidst the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Please join us in being wise about the decisions we make. It is important to stay informed, be prepared and know that the actions taken on a federal, state and local levels are to help flatten the curve with the intent of slowing the spread of this virus. As this situation evolves, we will continue to update you and encourage you to reference the additional resources below for best practices to keep yourself and those around you safe.
Thank you and stay healthy.
