Located along the banks of the Rock River, near Nicholas Conservatory & Gardens, sits Sinnissippi Gardens, a beloved destination for flower enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. The sprawling park boasts a diverse collection of gardens including a Rose Garden, where you will find over 2,000 roses in bloom during the peak of spring. Wander through fragrant pathways and take in the beauty of tulips, daffodils and hyacinths.



The Forest Preserves of Winnebago County has numerous preserves where spring flowers are popping up! Hike along scenic trails that wind through wooded groves and open meadows where you will see trilliums, bluebells and bloodroot.
