The countdown until Stroll on State continues … less than 50 more days! Stroll on State, presented by Illinois Bank & Trust, will be on Saturday, November 30th and we need YOUR help to prepare. Preparation takes an entire community so keep reading to find out how you can help today! 

HOW TO VOLUNTEER

You can use the link below to view the volunteer schedule to see what days and times work for you. Signing up through this link is easy, you will NOT need to register an account or keep a password on SignUp.com. You can volunteer for the event or help leading up to the event with Santa's Workshop!

SANTA'S WORKSHOP

Helpful hands are needed at Santa's Workshop to repair and create new decorations and props for Stroll on State! Volunteers of any and all skill levels are encouraged to come out and help (no registration needed!). Santa's Sharefest Workshops run every Tuesday (6 p.m. - 9 p.m.) and every Saturday (8 a.m. - 12 p.m.) until decoration days November 22nd and 23rd. Workshops are located at 310 S. Winnebago St. Rockford - look for the blue building! 

WHO CAN VOLUNTEER 

Anyone 12 and older has the ability to volunteer with us! Volunteers between 12 and 15 years old are allowed and welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Volunteers that are 16-17 years old are allowed and welcome, but must have a signed waiver by parent or guardian. So tell your friends and family and come spend your day helping to prepare for Stroll on State as a group or alone! We appreciate any and all help that you can offer.
